At Roguegears, we strive to deliver top-quality motorcycle accessories. However, due to the nature of our products, we have implemented the following refund policy:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Product Condition: Refunds are only offered for products that are unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. Beyond this period, refunds will not be considered.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided to process any refund request.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom Orders: Products customized per customer specifications are not eligible for refunds.
- Discounted/Sale Items: Products purchased during sales or with promotional discounts are non-refundable.
- Wear and Tear: Refunds will not be processed for items showing signs of wear, accidental damage, or improper use.
Refund Process
- Inspection: All returned items are subject to inspection by our quality control team. Items deemed ineligible for a refund will be sent back to the customer, and shipping costs will apply.
- Restocking Fee: Eligible refunds will incur a 15% restocking fee of the item’s original price.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees (both initial and return) are non-refundable. Customers bear the cost of return shipping unless the product received was incorrect or defective.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Minor variations in color, size, or texture due to manufacturing processes.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences rather than product quality issues.
- Issues arising from failure to follow installation or care instructions.
Defective Products
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence. Defective products may be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
